The last volume of Dialogues of the Buddha discusses advanced doctrinal themes, including the nature of reality, cosmology, and spiritual liberation. This book is divided into three parts. The first part is the introduction, which explores the Mahāvagga, the concluding section of the collection of long dialogues (Dīgha Nikāya), and its contribution to the Sutta Piṭaka of the Pāli Canon. The second part consists of eleven Suttas within the introduction and Text such as Patika Sutta (Mystic Wonders and the Origin of Things), Udumbarika-Sihanada Sutta (The Lion’s Roar to the Udumbarikans), Cakkavatti-Sihanada Sutta (The Lion-roar on the Turning of the Wheel), etc. and it provides profound teachings delivered by the Buddha to both monastic and lay audiences. The third part includes comprehensive indexes to facilitate research.
