Furthermore ,it also examines the contributions of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, which is one of the most well-known secular therapeutic approaches for managing stress in today's world. In addition, the concept of stress in BPTs originates from the Buddha's teachings and offers a deeper understanding of its nature and causes first before progressing toward its final cessation .Similarly ,MBSR also views stress as a common mental challenge that encountered in daily life and suggests many applications that integrate mindfulness and awareness to cope with it.Finally, by examining both perspectives through the lens of the Four Noble Truths, this study identifies both key similarities and differences . Most importantly, it also compares both approaches to determine whether stress can be completely eradicated or merely released or merely released temporarily.
