Abstract - This dissertations relates to the intergration of saddha into learning education in terms of the Theravada Buddhist perspective. Saddha is described as one of the beautiful mental formations (cetasika) and an essential quality that enhances personal skills and social harmony in terms of Theravada Buddhist literature because it is similar to a best friend who brings substantial benefits and followers to us (SN, 1, 31) and also similar to the rations for the journey (SN,1, 41). In terms of these concepts, saddha supports all good things that are beneficial for us. Thus, I will explore here the concept of saddha in Theravada Buddhist literature based on three categories of saddha: faith in an individual, faith in an object or principle, and faith in oneself in terms of Buddhist philosophy. Next, I will explore the educational psychology and learning theories defined in Buddhist texts and the work of Buddhist scholars. Last but not least, I will investigate the intergration of saddha into educational learning.
